For many years, people have been attempting to study and learn as much as possible about the realities that surround the issue of domestic violence.  There are seemingly endless angles and potential causes to what has become a scourge on society, and it also seems like there are constantly new potential causes of this behavior uncovered.  Now comes word that yet another cause is being identified by those who deal with this problem, and that cause involves the stress that comes after a community is devastated by a storm.
